In order to fully disconnect your beacon from the phone, to be able to pair it with a new phone, you need to hit the “Factory Reset” button on the bottom of the Beacon page in the App.
(If the “Factory Reset” button is not showing up, you need to pair the beacon to the phone.)
If you do not do this, the beacon will not be able to pair to any other phone.
If you have a beacon saying it is already paired to another phone, and you don’t have access to that phone, please contact us at support01@silentbeacon.com.
