Why isn’t my Beacon turning on?

A blue flash (1–2 sec) on power‑up means it is already paired; a red flash means it is on but not paired. You can also check pairing status in the Beacon tab of the app.
I can’t see the Beacon in the app—what should I do?
- Delete any existing “Silent Beacon 2.0” devices from the phone’s Bluetooth settings.
- In the Silent Beacon app → Beacon tab → tap + and follow the 3‑step wizard.
- Wait until the app shows Bluetooth paired and Calling paired.
The app says “Beacon is already paired to another device.” How do I fix this?
A: Note the MAC code shown (starts with “SB…”) and contact support; we will wipe the Beacon from the backend. After confirmation, re‑pair as a new device.
When should I perform a factory reset?
Factory reset if the Beacon won’t pair and you have removed it from Bluetooth. To factory reset the beacon, hold both buttons for 30s. The LEDs will cycle purple → white → multicolor. Then repeat pairing the device in the app.
